this is so impactant! i was OMFG when i finish ACB and desapearance of Da Vinci; our Desmond is going to be in a coma T.T i want to know WTF happened with Lucy x.x

Can someone please explain the story of Desmond to me? I am currently reading my first Assassin's Creed book (Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood by Oliver Bowden), But that's all I really know right now... I am also looking for any books/novels that tell Desmond's story, but the only one I've found so far is a Graphic Novel that's in French...PLEASE HELP!! You shouln't start with Brotherhood. Desmond's story begins with the videogame Assassin's Creed and continues with two other videogames, Assassin's Creed II and Assassin's Creed Brotherhood. On november a new videogame will be released, Assassin's Creed Revelations.
Bowden wrote two books, Assassin's Creed Renaissance (based on the videogame ACII) and Assassin's Creed Brotherhood (based on the videogame of the same name). Now another book has been published, Assassin's Creed The Secret Crusade, that tells the story of Altair, the protagonist of the first videogame.
Also, a comic book has been released, Assassin's Creed The Fall, but it doesn't have Desmond as the protagonist. You can find a good resume of all the AC products here: [link]

Thanks! That helped a lot! I don't have time to play through the Video Games, but do you know if there is a "novel" or something that covers all of that? (cuz im curious as to how he managed to get himself kidnapped, and how the experience of being in the Animus effected him, etc...)

No, there's no novel that covers all of the story so far. But there's the Assassin's Creed Wiki [link] . It contains all the informations you want :)
